Addison Stocksdale is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of Ohio. Addison earned her masters and bachelors degree in social work from Miami University. Addison has four years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in day treatment settings. Addison is EMDR certified, trained in Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy and has training in non- violent crisis prevention and intervention. Addison is deeply committed to creating a welcoming, supportive space where clients can feel seen, heard, and valued for who they are.
She believes that growth happens through connection and strives to make therapy a meaningful, engaging experience rooted in trust, authenticity, and respect. Addison’s client- centered approach meets each individual exactly where they are, helping them build confidence, develop new skills, and move toward their personal goals at their own pace.In her spare time, Addison loves to spend time with family and friends, spoil her two cats, read books, and spend time at the beach when she can.
