Catalyst Counseling is currently seeking master’s-level clinicians to join our growing, dynamic team. We are hiring independently and dependently licensed social workers (LSW, LISW, LISW-S), counselors (LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S), and marriage & family therapists (MFT, IMFT) for our school-based counseling programs serving the Dayton and Greater Cincinnati area. All school-based roles are 1099 independent contractor positions, offering flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful impact.

We are also expanding our office-based clinical team and welcome qualified master’s-level, independently or dependently licensed clinicians in the same disciplines to apply.
