As an experienced educator, I bring a unique understanding of what it takes to build strong, effective partnerships within schools. In my 15 years as a middle and high school teacher, I worked closely with principals, superintendents, counselors, and school teams, while also leading teams and programs across multiple areas of education.
My background extends beyond the classroom through a longstanding career in cheerleading with UCA and Varsity Spirit. I have coached, led cheer programs, and continue to serve as a panel judge at the national level. Over the past 30 years, these opportunities have given me decades of experience in leadership, teamwork, communication, and working with students, families, and school communities.
Today, I bring that expertise into my role as the School Partnership Liaison. Having been on the school side of partnerships, I understand the demands schools face, the importance of clear communication, and what it takes to create relationships that are collaborative and meaningful. My goal is to serve as a bridge between Catalyst and the schools I support to build trust, understand each school's unique needs, and help ensure Catalyst's services truly support students, staff, and the school community.
