Leidy Cadavid is a bilingual English/Spanish Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio, and her passion is to walk alongside children, and collaborate with parents and teachers, to help them feel hopeful and empowered while working through their tough situations.
She uses a Child Centered approach in counseling, and is committed to providing high quality and expertise mental health services, which is what encouraged her to become a Registered Play Therapist™ and a TraumaPlay Certified Therapist™. Leidy also uses other evidenced-based treatments to treat mood disorders, traumas, and neurodevelopmental disorders.
Leidy earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Cincinnati Christian University and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University. Outside of her counseling career, she enjoys being a Sunday school teacher, and a youth leader at her church. She also loves spending time with her family and friends, and going outdoors.

Leidy obtuvo su maestría en Consejería de Salud Mental en la Universidad Cristiana de Cincinnati y su licenciatura en Psicología en la Universidad del Norte de Kentucky. Además de su carrera como consejera, disfruta de ser maestra de escuela dominical y líder juvenil en su iglesia. También le encanta pasar tiempo con su familia y amigos, y pasar tiempo en la naturaleza.
