Kelly Ekberg is a school-based therapist intern with Catalyst, through the Master of Social Work program at Miami University. She earned her Bachelor's in Social Work in May 2025 and holds a Social Work Training license. Kelly has gained valuable experience through several years of working in childcare, as well as a year-long internship supporting survivors of domestic violence during her undergraduate studies.
Kelly is excited to begin providing mental health services at Edgewood Early Childhood Center and Edgewood Primary School. With a deep passion for mental health, she is committed to offering the right support to inspire positive, transformative change in the lives of students and their families.
Outside of her work as a therapist and student, Kelly enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and pets. Her hobbies include dance, music, nail art, and being outdoors.
