“Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes…”

My passion is building relationships with my clients and their use of art therapy, expressive arts, sand tray, and play (bridging the gap between unspoken and verbalized descriptions).

I believe in holistic care to support healing; it helps my clients build strong relationships, develop self-advocacy, and, most importantly, understand that “you are enough!”

I was born and raised near Manchester, England, with an English/Irish cultural background. For most of my adult career, I have worked in schools supporting children in the classroom with behavioral and academic disciplines. I completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and have postgraduate training in Sand Tray, Play Therapy, and DBT.

First arriving in the States in 2017, I lived in Albuquerque, New Mexico. There, I completed my dual MA in Art Therapy/Counseling. I currently live in the Centerville area of Ohio, having moved here in February 2026.

I am currently a student at the Trauma Informed Expressive Arts Institute and am pursuing the integration of expressive arts with cognitive models, as well as pursuing my personal passion for utilizing expressive arts for women’s mental health.

I work with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults in individual, parent/child, and group settings.
