Necole Sayers, MS, LPCC-S

Necole Sayers is a Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory designation. She has a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science Education from Wright State University. She is currently working on her Doctorate of Educational Ministry at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. Necole is also an Internationally Board-Certified Life Coach, and a Certified Trainer for Bridges Out of Poverty.

Previously, Necole has provided youth therapy to children and adolescents at Oesterlen Youth Services in Springfield, Ohio where she specialized in trauma treatment and behavioral concerns with children and adolescents. She more recently has worked with single mothers and their children at the Glen at St. Joseph in Dayton. Her roles there have included life coach, counselor, group facilitator, consultant for teachers, community and staff trainer, research project manager, spiritual programming project manager, and co-administrator for the case management system.

Necole is a mother of two adult children, a grandparent and has been married since 1989. Because of her own life experiences and 25+ years of working with families, children and adults, she understands the importance of maintaining healthy relationships, and balancing career, family, and faith. She approaches counseling from a holistic perspective and believes in creating a healthy environment to meet the needs of the child, adolescent, and family as well as the larger system in which they are a part. Necole strives to help her clients, no matter the age, to be their best-self and to create a positive fulfilling life through self-growth and learning tools to develop and manage thoughts, feelings and actions.
