Allison Ulitzsch is completing her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling (Dual Track) at the University of Cincinnati. Allison will be graduating in April 2024. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2021. As a mental health counseling intern, Allison will be providing school-based services to elementary aged children.
Allison has a passion for working with children and adolescents. She is excited to continue her counseling journey with Catalyst. She is furthering her knowledge and experience utilizing the tenets of Play Therapy as she is a part of Catalyst’s Play Therapy cohort. She is working on her certification from the Association for Play Therapy as well. Allison finds delight in collaborating with and learning from the children and families she works with. She utilizes a child-centered approach that focuses on empathy, empowerment, and safety.
Outside of school and work, Allison enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing card games, traveling, and snuggling with her pup (Asher)!
