Miranda Baker, MA, LPCC-S

Miranda Baker is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of Ohio. She has been working with children and families since 2008. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2005 from Wright State University, and Master’s in Counseling from Cincinnati Christian University in 2009.

Miranda entered the field of counseling with an interest in marriage and family counseling, and quickly gained a love for working with children. Miranda wants to help children heal and live full lives. Miranda has been trained in parenting skills, early childhood development, play therapy, the effects of poverty on families, domestic violence, attachment, and the effects of trauma. She has worked in home and community settings as well as intensive day treatment. Miranda utilizes play based interventions as well as cognitive behavioral strategies to help address concerns of children and resolve problems.

When not working with clients, Miranda spends time with her husband of 10 years, two sons, and two dogs.
