Carleigh Chatfield is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Ohio. Since graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a Master’s in Social Work, Carleigh has served individuals and families from all walks of life. She has worked in various settings including inpatient and outpatient behavioral health programs, victims of human trafficking, outpatient alcohol and drug treatment programs, school-based mental health therapy, as well as hospice and palliative care.
By providing a safe, non-judgmental space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, Carleigh helps clients to work towards their goals. Carleigh utilizes a variety of evidence based treatment approaches to provide individualized care tailored to meet the client where they are and to empower them to live a life they are excited to wake up to.
Carleigh believes that when physicians, school personnel, teachers, parents, court systems, and mental health professionals collaborate together, it yields the best results for our youth. She is thrilled to work in a school-based setting to address the many issues that challenge our youth today.
